Returns Policy

For purchases under 14 days old, we will exchange a faulty item at our expense. Please e-mail: [email protected] with your order number and contact number with details of the issue so we can arrange an exchange delivery.

Warranty Policy:

Sticks:

All Grace Hockey Sticks come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

If any stick BREAKS through normal use within 6-months, then we will replace it for free. 

We will require any faulty sticks to be returned to us and tested before we can deem the stick faulty. 

Custom Sticks purchased from our website do not fall under this Warranty Policy. They are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable.

What is not covered under warranty

  • Chippings, Scratches, Nicks, Invisible cracks, Cracks in the end caps, Grips, worn stick head, or loose particles inside the core of the composite’s hockey sticks, rattles, vibration, or any other result of normal use. These problems will not affect the play of the stick and NOT COVERED in replacement warranty.
  • Stick caps (plastic caps at the top of the handle).
  • Damage on a stick caused by STICK-TO-STICK contact during the game, as it’s not a cause for complaint due to the nature of game. 
  • A well-used or worn stick showing clear signs of damage/usage having been inflicted on it through abuse or general play will not be replaced.
  • In the event of loose particles and rattles inside of the stick; this can usually be resolved by removing the end cap of the hockey stick and shaking the particles out.
  • Play on grass or turf, not on dirt or on any abrasive surface. It will grind down your stick.
  • REVERSE EDGE HITTING DAMAGE: While the FIH rules allow reverse edge hitting, our warranty does NOT cover this type of damage. Reverse hitting damage starts by hitting the rounded side of the stick through not using the proper technique. 


How the warranty works

For purchases over 14 days old but less than 6-months old please send us an email at [email protected] with the pictures of the issue, order number your order number, and your active contact number.

We will get back to you after reviewing the issue with the details of how to return the faulty product and will seek further details from you on where to ship your replacement product (where applicable).


CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS:

GRACE HOCKEY offers a variety of customized products including custom stick for players, customized teamwear for players, teams & clubs.

All custom orders go through a design/specification approval process from the customers before starting the production. No changes are possible to made after the FINAL APPROVAL from customer and when the production has been started.

So before granting us FINAL APPROVAL for any custom products, please go through the order details for any mistakes.

Customized products are made to customer’s specifications and we do not offer any kind of refunds for the already made items.

For any faulty or damaged custom products delivered and reported to us within 14 days of delivery, we will offer the due replacements as per policy.
