Shipping & Delivery Policy

1.  Order Processing:

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Customized or personalized items always require additional processing time, for example

2-3 weeks manufacturing time for customized team clothing

4-5 weeks manufacturing time for customized hockey stick (s).

Note: The actual processing time for custom order is shared at the time of order confirmation.

2.  Delivery Timelines:

Generally, orders shipped are take time between for 4 - 21 days based on your destination & delivery service.

We usually ship through DHL/UPS/FEDEX/SKYNET/TOLL/USPS/DPD Express delivery services for different regions.

3.  Tracking Information

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider, this link can also be found in customer dashboard on our website against their order.

4.   Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase and are unavoidable.

Warranty Returns: Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping

5.  Import Duties & Taxes:

International shipments may be liable to Duty or Import Taxes upon arrival in destination country.

These costs vary by country, and we urge you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order.

Customer/Consignee will be completely responsible for any import documentation/costs/fees if applicable and we do not have any control over customs process at destination countries.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at your expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will also not to be refunded.

6.  Address Complications:

Change Of Delivery Address is only possible at any time before the order has been dispatched, for any changes after that to be sorted by the customer with the courier service at the time of delivery.

P.O. Box Shipping While shipping internationally we are unable to offer couriers services to PO BOX addresses.

7.   Cancellations:

If you change your mind before we have dispatched your order, we are able to accept cancellations. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
